Used with the either the open water or ice bushing.  The black rotating bracket attaches to your hole sleeve.  It comes with the velcro and one attachment bolt.  You will need to drill a hole slightly larger than .250 about one inch down from the top of the sleeve.  


This item has been updated with bearings!  It minimizes the friction as you turn!
