This works if you use sleeves and if you don't use sleeves.  The Floor Flip plate has 6 holes to make it easy to attach to your fish house floor. The floor flip handle slides into the mount plate for easy use.  Pair with either the Hardwater Bushing or the Open Water Bushing and see how the bearings make it easy to spin around to look for fish.
