Attention Students, We're Hiring: Marine Electronics & Shop Operations Intern

by Marsten Bednarz 14 Apr 2026 0 comments

In collaboration with North Dakota's Operation Intern program, any high school or college student is welcome to apply.

As part of our crew you will gain perspective across the different components of a service-based business: technical skills, shop operations, and customer service skills.

This is an especially valuable opportunity for students who may want to start their own service-based business in the future, as you’ll see firsthand how jobs are managed, how customers are communicated with, and how quality work translates into repeat business.

It’s also a great fit if you enjoy working with your hands but aren’t yet sure which industry you want to pursue—this role exposes you to a specialized, in-demand trade while building transferable skills like problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management.

By the end of the internship, you won’t just understand how the work gets done—you’ll understand some of the ins-and-outs on how a service business operates.
